Thomas will not only live in our hearts, but through the trees that breathe life into our world. They reach up toward Heaven, while their roots are firmly grounded in the Earth, and are a symbol of Tom’s powerful impact upon our community. May he rest in peace, and may his memories be the light that overshadows much of the pain you all feel right now. Think of trees reaching up to the Heavens and the warmth of the sun streaming down from above. He will always be with you.
